World Baba Mazari Charity (WBMC) was founded as a non-profit organization in 2018 to promote a culture of generosity among communities in Australia, as well as across the world, and organize their contributions.

Giving is a long-standing tradition in our community for reasons like the love of others, positive affect toward community, and most importantly, as a duty to God. This giving is usually done on a daily basis through donation boxes and hence, having a donation box at home and/or business places is a well-established practice. World Baba Mazari Charity donation boxes are distributed in homes, supermarkets, shops, and factories across the country and are collected on a regular basis by our volunteers. WBMC also conducts campaigns to raise funds to support communities that are adversely affected.

WBMC provides financial aid to assist people experiencing financial hardship resulting from their current life situation or an unexpected crisis event. The fund focuses on providing for immediate requirements such as food, shelter, clothing, and children’s educational needs. Financial support is most effective when provided as quickly as possible following the impact or onset of an emergency situation and hence, WBMC endeavors to, after gathering and analyzing the impact data, identify the areas that need most immediate attention. Following the authorization of a grant by the board, the payment is made as soon as possible.

Also, WBMC funds projects and programs that foster sustainable development. Sustainable development is about strengthening individuals and communities on their journey toward greater community well-being and long-term prosperity. Dialogue can help individuals to overcome the uncertainties and conflicts and establish a set of principles that integrate understanding, relationships, and activities in a community. By reflecting on the past and examining the lessons learned from societies that did not succeed, communities can develop their plans in such a way that while their needs are addressed, everybody’s rights are respected and all members of the society are empowered to play a role. WBMC endeavors to help communities to firmly establish the values important to them through their own dialogue and develop their sustainable programs.

Furthermore, WBMC is committed to supporting projects and programs that foster honouring the human dignity of persecuted and marginalized communities. All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and they can only reach their full potential when their rights are fully respected and their dignity honoured.
