Assistance to the poor and displaced people of Malistan district from Baba Mazari World Charity Fund in Kabul

As a result of the intense fighting this summer in Ghazni province, especially in the Jaghori and Malistan districts, very severe human and financial losses were inflicted on our defenceless people. The representative office of Baba Mazari International Charity Fund in Kabul, in cooperation with representatives of the Malistan District Solidarity Council, tried to prepare a relatively comprehensive and accurate list of the deserving and needy displaced people from Malistan who had come to Kabul. After registering and preparing the list, the amount of 1,221,250 (one million, two hundred and twenty-one thousand, two hundred and fifty Afghanis) of aid sent by the Baba Mazari International Charity Fund was used to prepare food and distribute it among the needy displaced people from Malistan and several other poor people in Kabul. The aid package included six food items as follows:

1- A sack of first-grade rice, three and a half sira,

2- A sack of first-grade Kazakh flour, fifty kilos,

3- A ten-litre jug ​​of oil,

4- Five kilos of lentils,

5- A jar of beans,

6- A carton of pasta. In addition to the distribution of the above food items, some cash was also given to the needy for car rental and food transportation.
