Fundraising Campaign for Victims of Mawood Course
On 15 August 2018, around 50 students were killed and 70 more were injured after a suicide bomber detonated his explosives among students in a training center called Mawood Course in Kabul, Afghanistan.
In response to the tragic event, World Baba Mazari Charity raised 3,050.00 AUD (three thousand and fifty dollars) to help the affected families. Thirty families received an amount equal to 8,000.00 AFN (eight thousand Afghanis).
